By booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

Signature Sort & Sparkle Southland provides domestic housekeeping, decluttering, and organizing services within Invercargill and surrounding areas.

All services are provided with care, professionalism, and discretion.

• Quotes are based on information provided at the time of enquiry.
   
• Final pricing may vary if the condition of the property differs from what was described.
   
• Hourly rates and package pricing will be confirmed prior to booking.
   
• Travel fees may apply depending on location.
   

• Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed upon.
   
• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
   
• Payment methods will be advised at time of booking.
   
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
   

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
   
• No-shows may be charged up to the full booking amount.
   

Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we are unable to access the property upon arrival, a call-out fee may apply.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and service required
   
• Secure valuables and fragile items
   
• Ensure pets are secured if necessary
   
• Provide electricity and running water
   

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if:

• The environment is unsafe
   
• There is hazardous material present
